Injunction Against Lawyer's Critic Likely Will Fall
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Tuesday left little doubt that it would strike down a permanent injunction barring a disgruntled former client of Johnnie L. Cochran Jr. from ever speaking publicly about the celebrity trial-lawyer of O.J. Simpson fame.
