DA Tells Runnion Jury About DNA Evidence

SANTA ANA - The prosecutor in the death-penalty case against Alejandro Avila told a jury during opening statements Monday that DNA belonging to 5-year-old Samantha Runnion, possibly tears, was found inside Avila's car and links him to the girl's murder.
