Bankruptcy Attorney Feels Effect of Booming Economy

Jeffrey Cawdrey is one of the few San Diegans who's seen the negative side of the county's booming economy. Cawdrey, a bankruptcy and business litigation lawyer, found that San Diego's economic growth during the past five years was driving down the number of Chapter 11 filings, businesses filing for bankruptcy and reorganization. That was affecting his ability to get bankruptcy business as a partner at Higgs, Fletcher & Mack's lone San Diego office.
