Oil Giant Settles Two Air Pollution Suits for $81 Million
SAN FRANCISCO - Southern California air pollution regulators Thursday said they settled a pair of lawsuits against an oil company for $81 million, including the largest civil penalty in the history of the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
