Attorneys Must Fight Bad PR, Convey Virtues to Public

Forum Column - By Sanford Jossen - No one seems to like lawyers. There are more lawyers than ever and it seems that they are under increasing attack and scrutiny. Reflecting that climate, an initiative has been proposed to limit contingency fees for plaintiffs lawyers in consumer and civil rights abuse cases to 20 percent of the money recovered for the client.
