Judge Won't Reduce Sentence Of Ex-Lawyer Who Sank Yacht
LOS ANGELES - A federal judge on Monday declined to reduce the sentence of notorious scammer Rex DeGeorge, the former Beverly Hills attorney who was convicted in 2002 of sinking a yacht off the coast of Italy for $3.6 million in insurance money.
