Fugitive in Teen's Kidnap, Murder Returns to Santa Barbara

LOS ANGELES - Jesse James Hollywood was "polite, respectful and concerned" following his capture in Brazil and his transfer to the Santa Barbara County jail to stand trial for the kidnap and murder of 15-year-old Nick Markowitz, his attorney said Thursday.
