LOS ANGELES - Services have taken place for retired probate attorney Julius W. Feldman. Feldman, who practiced in Long Beach and Seal Beach for five decades, died of congestive heart failure Feb. 22 at St. Mary's Hospital in Long Beach. He was 82.
