Panel Finds Taco Shop Not Liable for Stabbing
LOS ANGELES - A San Diego taco shop owner is not liable for failing to prevent an attempted murder but might have to pay because police were not called by the restaurant to stop the gang-related stabbing, a state appeals court ruled Wednesday.
