Attorney Successfully Defends Elderly Driver in Injury Case

San Francisco attorney Debra F. Bogaards successfully defended a car accident case seemingly against all odds. Her client was an elderly driver who failed to yield at a stop sign, lurched into the middle of an intersection and collided with a scooter whose driver broke his thighbone and kneecap and never returned to his job as a courier. After the crash, Bernard Gelinas told a police officer, "I am too old to be driving."
