Property Firm Is Awarded $30 Million in Loft Debacle Property

Two real estate investment companies represented by Hollywood sole practitioner Lance J. Robbins have been ordered to pay $30 million for allegedly failing to follow through on a deal to convert a downtown building into loft-style apartments.

LOS ANGELES - Two real estate investment companies represented by Hollywood sole practitioner Lance J. Robbins have been ordered by an arbitrator to pay $30 million to a property management company and a construction firm for allegedly failing to follow through on a deal to convert a downtown building into loft-style apartments.
