Charles "Chuck" W. Stoll, 1931-2009

Superior Court Judge Charles "Chuck" W. Stoll, known to colleagues as the "elder statesman" of the Glendale courthouse, where he spent nearly two decades hearing civil cases, has died.

LOS ANGELES - Superior Court Judge Charles "Chuck" W. Stoll, known to colleagues as the "elder statesman" of the Glendale courthouse where he spent nearly two decades hearing civil cases, has died.

Stoll died April 8 of multi-organ failure at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank. He was 78.
