Magnetix Magnetic Toys' Legal Troubles Mount

SAN FRANCISCO - Although MEGA Brands has twice recalled its popular Magnetix magnetic toys after numerous lawsuits, plaintiffs' attorneys said parents are still suing the company over swallowed magnets.

Today, federal regulators will join the fray by making an announcement about the toys, which were blamed for the 2005 death of a 2-year-old.
