Another MoFo Lawyer Lands Top Slot at Justice Department

WASHINGTON - Another partner with San Francisco's Morrison & Foerster is leaving the firm for a leadership position at the Justice Department.

Beth S. Brinkmann, the Washington, D.C.-based chair of the firm's appellate practice group, announced last week she'll serve as the deputy assistant attorney general heading the civil division's appellate staff.
