Appellate justices get mixed results at state Supreme Court

With four decisions overturned by the state Supreme Court, Justices Conrad L. Rushing, Eugene M. Premo and Franklin D. Elia of the 6th District Court of Appeal in San Jose fared only slightly better than last year.
