Firms targeted by clawback cases in the Howrey LLP bankruptcy gained ground Tuesday when a bankruptcy judge dismissed several claims related to partners that left the firm before it dissolved in 2011.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis J. Montali dismissed the majority of claims related to the pre-dissolution departures, leaving only an unjust enrichment claim.
