Business litigation boutique to split up
Spilllane Weingarten LLP will divide as one partner forms solo practice.

Three years after launching the business litigation boutique Spillane & Weingarten LLP, partners Jay M. Spillane and Alex Weingarten are splitting up, the partners said Thursday.
Spillane will launch a solo practice, he said, while Weingarten and the firm's five other lawyers, along with three staff members and all but Spillane's clients, will continue in the same Westwood location.
