Aircraft asset manager promotes legal VP to GC

Aviation Capital Group Corp. announced Friday the appointment of James A. Zembrzuski as general counsel. He began his new job on Jan. 1.

Zembrzuski joined Aviation Capital, a commercial aircraft asset manager owned by Newport Beach-based Pacific Life Insurance Co., in 2015 as a vice president in the legal department.
