Canyon Villa Apartments sold for $45.5 million
A unit of MG Properties acquired the Canyon Villa Apartments in the Rancho del Rey masterplan in Chula Vista for $45.5 million.
The buyer was MG Canyon Villas.
The sellers were the Jerome and Barbara Meislin Livings Trusts.
The vacancy of the 183-unit property at 601 Telegraph Canyon Road was at 4.3 percent, according to the CoStar Group. The area's vacancy rate is 5.2 percent.
