Former SEC Official Becomes Partner at Latham & Watkins

Latham & Watkins has scored a big hire in its Washington, D.C., office with the addition of partner William R. Baker III. Until November, Baker served as the associate director of the division of enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
