Judge Won't Freeze Lawyer's Assets
SAN FRANCISCO - Lawyers for NBA player Jason Caffey failed Wednesday to win an order freezing the assets of a San Francisco prosecutor who was once Caffey's attorney and financial manager. Caffey alleges prosecutor Githaiga Ramsey embezzled $2.2 million from him.
