Jurors Back a Freed Rosenthal

SAN FRANCISCO - Bolstered by five of the jurors who convicted him, a courtroom full of supporters and San Francisco's district attorney, medical marijuana champion Ed Rosenthal was allowed to remain free on bail Tuesday while he appeals his marijuana cultivation conviction and seeks a new trial.
