Scouts Come Under Fire, Again
SAN BERNARDINO - In the first-known lawsuit of its kind, the American Civil Liberties Union is contending that a local council of the Boy Scouts violated the federal False Claims Act by taking federal grant money that should not have gone to an organization that excludes gays and atheists.
