Court Settles With Newspaper

SAN JOSE - The Santa Clara County Superior Court has settled a lawsuit filed 15 months ago by the San Jose Mercury News, agreeing to hand over an electronic copy of its civil case management database when it is ready for use on its new public Web site in March.
