LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles appellate court has reversed a $6 million punitive damage award against a vehicle parts manufacturer, ruling that the plaintiff cannot receive punitive damages against the manufacturer on claims it was sold defective "sprag clutch" helicopter parts.
