Private Equity Lawyers Flock to Thelen Reid's N.Y. Headquarters

Thelen Reid & Priest has added a pair of private equity lawyers to its New York headquarters, the firm announced Jan. 13. Willie E. Dennis and Robert S. Matlin will have leadership roles in the firm's private equity practice, and Dennis will serve on Thelen Reid's diversity committee.
