Gag Order Looms in Medical Marijuana Trial
SAN FRANCISCO - Edward Rosenthal's steady stream of media interviews defending medical marijuana during his federal trial for pot cultivation has so frustrated U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer that the judge threatened Wednesday to impose a gag order to silence him.
