Judge Accepts Probation Change But Imposes Limits
OAKLAND - The presiding judge of Alameda County's juvenile court marked Sylvia Johnson's last day as chief probation officer with a final order limiting the authority of Johnson's temporary successor and creating a blue-ribbon panel to monitor his activities.
