Court Axes Garment Workers' Lawsuit Against Their Union

LOS ANGELES - A federal appeals court Thursday threw out a lawsuit against the world's largest garment-workers union, ruling that the Southern California factory workers did not show the labor organization failed them or purposely caused them distress.
