Supreme Court may hear argument on illegal bar applicant by summer

The state Supreme Court probably will schedule oral argument for May or June on whether an illegal immigrant can be admitted to practice law in California, a former court justice speculated.

LOS ANGELES - Former Justice Carlos R. Moreno predicted the state Supreme Court will hold oral arguments in May or June over whether illegal immigrant Sergio C. Garcia should be admitted to practice law in California.
