SEIU sues Redding over outsourcing

An SF-based SEIU chapter sued the city of Redding Thursday, asking the the Shasta County Superior Court to block the city from outsourcing some services offered by its public electric utility.

A San Francisco-based chapter of the Service Employees International Union filed suit against the city of Redding Thursday, asking the the Shasta County Superior Court to block the city from outsourcing some services offered by its public electric utility.
