Greenberg Traurig, Heller Ehrman estate to talk settlement

Greenberg Traurig LLP, the defendant in a legal malpractice suit brought by the estate of bankrupt law firm Heller Ehrman LLP, will enter into settlement talks, according to a document filed Wednesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Francisco.
