LA presiding judge says 'day of reckoning' has arrived
Hon. David S. Wesley, presiding judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, delivered the annual “State of the Court” address at the Stanley Mosk courthouse on Wednesday. In his speech, Wesley discussed coming layoffs and courthouse closures, but did not reveal any new details with respect to the budget cuts. Afterwards, Wesley and Assistant Presiding Judge Carolyn B.
