O'Melveny aids gaming company in cross-border purchase

O'Melveny & Myers LLP advised San Francisco-based Kabam Inc. in its purchase of Vancouver-based gaming developer Exploding Barrel Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

O'Melveny & Myers LLP represented social gaming company Kabam Inc. in its purchase of Vancouver-based Exploding Barrel Games Inc. for an undisclosed amount, the firm announced Tuesday.

Menlo Park-based partner Paul Sieben led the O'Melveny team, which included associates Katherine McCormick and Sue K. Lai.
