Lawsuit against Howrey partners rejected

A bankruptcy judge rejected an attempted lawsuit against 302 former Howrey LLP partners during a Friday hearing in the estate's bankruptcy, thwarting the efforts of a lawyer some accused of seeking an outsize role in the proceedings.

SAN FRANCISCO - U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali rejected an attempted lawsuit against 302 former Howrey LLP partners during a Friday hearing in the estate's bankruptcy, thwarting the efforts of a lawyer some accused of seeking an outsize role in the proceedings.
