Dell, other companies settle price-fixing claims

Plaintiffs alleging that numerous companies conspired to fix the prices of flat panel displays have settled their claims in separate cases that were set for trial on Jan. 22. Dell Inc., Nokia Corp., and ATS Claim LLC have settled price-fixing claims in opt-out suits against numerous defendants including AU Optronics Corp., Toshiba Corp., and Hannstar Display Corp.
