The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday granted review in a case pitting the trucking industry against the Port of Los Angeles over the port's effort to curb big rig pollution.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday granted review in a case pitting the trucking industry against the Port of Los Angeles over the port's effort to curb big rig pollution. The American Trucking Associations sued the port in 2008 after it instituted a groundbreaking program that required trucks to sign a concession agreement to gain port access.
