Litigation is expected to create the highest number of job opportunities in 2013, according to a report released Thursday by Robert Half Legal, a national legal staffing firm. More than 20 percent of lawyers interviewed in the study said litigation would yield the most prospects for legal job seekers, followed closely by general business/commercial law and healthcare.
