Fenwick & West helps ThisLife in quick sale to Shutterfly

Fenwick & West LLP represented ThisLife.com Inc. in a sale to Shutterly Inc. that took just 10 days to complete.

In one of the many last-minute deals struck over the holiday season, Fenwick & West LLP represented cloud-based photo storage company ThisLife.com Inc. in its sale to Redwood City-based Shutterfly Inc.


Terms of the deal, which Shutterfly announced Monday, were not disclosed. The transaction closed Dec. 28.
