Court Will Hear Case on Asthmatic's Death

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to review next term a San Francisco judge's award of $1.4 million to the family of a California doctor who died during a severe asthma attack after he was seated too close to an airplane's smoking section on a flight from Athens to New York.
