Three retired judges have found homes with ADR providers following their careers on the bench. JAMS has hired retired San Diego County Superior Court Judge Thomas R. Mitchell, who specializes in probate law, and retired Orange County Superior Court Judge John C. Woolley, who will handle a wide variety of cases.
