O'Melveny Helps Construction Firm Put Together Deal

Construction-materials company Hanson is building a bigger business. The London company has agreed to buy Better Materials Corp., based in Pennsylvania, for $152 million in cash. Hanson tapped Los Angeles-based O'Melveny & Myers as counsel, led by Newport Beach partner Terry Allen and Menlo Park partner David Krinsky.
