After much anticipation, the U.S. Supreme Court finally decided the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's hotly contested health care reform law, the Affordable Care Act. The ruling involved two key provisions of the act: the individual mandate and the expansion of the Medicaid program. The court upheld both provisions.
