President Barack Obama has nominated Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Troy L. Nunley to fill a federal court vacancy in the Eastern District.
Nunley was one of three federal judicial nominations announced Monday. The others were in New York and Florida. Prior to his 2002 state court nomination by then-Gov. Gray Davis, Nunley was a California deputy attorney general. He also served as a prosecutor in Alameda and Sacram...
