Hallmark skates past Oksana Baiul's $30M lawsuit

The figure skater claimed she was owed $30 million in unpaid royalties.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge's dismissal of a $30 million lawsuit filed against the Hallmark Channel is the latest defeat for former pro figure skater Oksana Baiul, who has unsuccessfully brought a number of complaints against companies for alleged breaches of contract.
