SAN FRANCISCO - Ignoring a claim that he is biased against defense attorney Nedra Ruiz, a San Francisco judge Monday rejected a motion to disqualify him from deciding whether to hold Ruiz in contempt for comments she made during the recent dog-mauling murder trial.
