DA Will Set Up 'Brady'-Compliant Database

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles County district attorney's office will create a database of information on law enforcement officers and other government-employed witnesses to help prosecutors keep track of what matters must be turned over to defense lawyers, District Attorney Steve Cooley announced Monday.
