No Knock Doesn't Taint Evidence
A police officer failed to knock and announce himself before he walked into a Pittsburg home to arrest a juvenile drug dealer. Once, that would have broken the Fourth Amendment's ban on unreasonable searches.

Once, that would have broken the Fourth Amendment's ban on unreasonable searches. Any evidence seized would have been thrown out of court.
