Emotions High in Heller Bankruptcy
In the most tense hearing yet held in the Heller Ehrman bankruptcy since it was filed in December 2008, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Dennis Montali approved the newest version of a disclosure statement that will accompany the firm's proposed liquidation plan when it is sent out to all creditors for approval.
