SACRAMENTO - California's courts largely escaped Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's scalpel in his revision of the 2010-11 state budget released Friday, receiving millions more than what they were originally ticketed in January and signaling a potential end to the once-a-month court closures the state had imposed.
